Sharon Munoz - Director of Youth & Children's Ministries

Hello! I was born and raised in Southern California, but moved to Fairfield and my family introduced me to an entire community of people to rely on right here at St. Mark's. Along the way, I have led as a volunteer, youth leader and mentor and now serve as the director of the youth and children's ministry. I'm here to support the kids, their parents and their surrounding community, which is made possible through the love of Christ.

Meet The Youth Leaders

Jordan Jackson

Hi, Jordan here! I've been a part of St. Mark's for several years. I've spent my time coming to youth group, going on Mexico Mission trips, and now serve as a youth leader.  Guess I like it here. I also work at Fairfield High School as campus monitor, while studying to be a teacher at Solano.

Maddie Sciortino

Hi, I'm Maddie! I can't remember a time where St. Mark's wasn't a part of my life. I started off by attending preschool here and then as I grew up, I joined youth group. I always looked up to the older youth and the other leaders and thought "Why not give back?". I am excited to be here and impact the younger generation the same way I was.

Moe Bowers

Hi, I'm Moe. I've been at St. Mark's forever and ever. Youth group is a place where you can be yourself and that's cool. Fun fact about me is that I'm an audiophile, so I know too many songs and too many musicians. I'm also a cosmetologist and a graduate from Solano.

Weekly Sessions

My project-1 (4).png

Our core youth group meets every Wednesday in the Youth Room.  The flagship of our youth ministries focuses on social interaction and fellowship through sports & games, while tackling tough topics facing our youth today.  Rooted in The Gospel, our lessons are taught through experiences and in language relevant to today's youth.  This approach brings The Word of God to life, while opening the hearts and minds of our students to a relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Genesis is a youth group program made specifically for children ages 3-12, presented by the Children' s Ministry at SMLC. The purpose of our channel is to help break down the Bible into children friendly words through art and storytelling! We encourage parents/guardians to sit down and watch the video with their little ones. We offer guided discussion questions at the end of every video to help that conversation get started. Watch your little ones grow to be in awe of God's creation!
